Mindfulness is waking up to the life you are living in its full range of experiences. Discover and develop the empowering gifts of awareness and compassion.
In the one-hour introduction, you will learn and experience what mindfulness is, how it cultivates wakefulness, the benefits of mindfulness, and how to come home in your own life.
IN-PERSON

Mindfulness is much more than an enlightened way of living and being, as a list of things to do. Cultivating a life where you live truly, being fully aware with healthy attitudes, takes time and practice.
All courses are presented with the utmost respect for your own religious convictions.
The 4-week and 6-week courses were presented six times.
As a wifi connection connects us with a vast network of the World Wide Web, recourses, and people, Mindfulness connects us to Life: our lives, others, and the Universe, offering insight, freedom, and wisdom. Mindfulness is a way of being online, living online, intra-connected, flowing with life and love.
Mindfulness is a way of waking up to your own life so that you can fully participate in its flow. It helps us live deeply and wisely, living every moment as it unfolds.
See the potential benefits of Mindfulness supported by reliable science in the article in the blog.

The Art of Being a Kindful Family
*** JUST LAUNCHED ***
FREE 6-week Kindness Cultivation Kit for Families! Find it all here:
A child’s life depends on their parents' or caregivers' presence, acceptance, values, faith, and love. Imagine what happens if a child must rely on someone who is absent, neglectful, easily upset, erratic, indifferent, or even abusive. Even if the parent or caregiver has genuine faith, the attempts at faith formation drown in the unhealthy pool of the psychological context.
Mindfulness is a way of being fully present with love. Some scholars even use the word "kindfulness" or "heartfulness" to convey lovingkindness and compassion. Numerous studies have shown that mindfulness can improve well-being, spirituality, and relationships. Families benefit significantly from embodying the values of mindfulness.
The best place to integrate mindfulness principles is in a family where we can support each other. Imagine a family where we are truly present with compassion towards each other. In this fertile ground, everyone in the family can flourish. Mindful Parenting courses aim to create mindful families.
Paws b [pause be] is a leading mindfulness curriculum for children aged 7 -11 in schools and was initially developed in collaboration with experienced primary school teachers, senior mindfulness teachers, and researchers at the UK Mindfulness in Schools Project.
The lessons are flexible and varied and can be taught as twelve 30 to 60-minute lessons or grouped into pairs and delivered over six sessions. A significant body of evidence from research projects ‘demonstrate evidence of a significant positive child outcome through an efficacy study’ and ‘additional consistent positive evidence from other evaluations’ .
The Breathing Buddy Course is for children aged 3-13 and parents who want to support children in a skillful way of relating to life.
A very interactive course presented by Immanuel full of fun and energy. Children learn powerful but simple skills to feel safe, learn self-regulation of emotions and empower them at a very young age. Based on the sound science of breathing.
What about an optimal life? We tend to think of and focus on problems only. In the Mindfulness-Based Intervervention sessions, we discover and develop your resources for you to flourish in life. Qigong involves a diverse set of practices that coordinate body, breath, and mind.
· It comprises both dynamic or active qigong, which involves slow flowing movements coordinated with breath and awareness, and meditative qigong, which focuses on still positions and inner movement of the breath
· The movements in qigong are typically gentle and smooth, aimed at relaxation
· By practicing qigong, individuals can optimize the flow of energy in their bodies, which can have various health benefits
Practicing QiGong has significantly impacted my life by increasing my body awareness, particularly in recognizing postures that obstruct energy flow. I've noticed that I now instinctively correct my movements to align with QiGong principles, often without conscious effort.Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice refined for well over 5000 years that combines movement, breath control, and meditation to optimize life-energy within the body, mind, and spirit. It is the original source of many movement practices like yoga and tai chi. The word "Qigong" is pronounced as "chee-gong""and can be translated as Qi - "vital energy cultivation/life-energy cultivation " or "mastery of your life-energy".
As a trained Qi Gong teacher, I offer Qi Gong and Mindfulness classes.
Several other studies and meta-analyses have explored the health benefits of qigong. Here are some key findings:
1. Bone Health: Qigong has been associated with improved bone health
2. Cardiopulmonary Fitness: Qigong has shown positive effects on cardiopulmonary fitness and related biomarkers.
3. Physical Function: Qigong has been linked to improvements in physical function, falls prevention, and balance.
4. Quality of Life: Qigong has been found to enhance general quality of life and patient-reported outcomes
5. Immunity: Qigong has shown potential benefits for immunity.
6. Anxiety and Depression: Qigong has been found to help relieve anxiety and stress. It may also reduce symptoms of depression and improve mood.
7. Hypertension: Qigong may have a positive impact on reducing blood pressure in people with hypertension
8. Cancer Survivors: Qigong have been found to improve quality of life in cancer survivors, reducing depression, fatigue, and sleep difficulties
9. Stress Reduction and Mental Well-being: Qigong incorporates mindfulness, meditation, breathing regulation, and movement, which have general links to stress reduction and mental well-being
